If you have lost or want to change your Swipe Wallet account password, you may do it directly within the Swipe Wallet mobile application by following the steps below.
First press "Sign In" on the Swipe Wallet home screen as shown below:
Thereafter, you will see a text button link called "Forgot Password". Please press this to start the process to reset your password.
You will now be prompted to enter the username you used to create your account. If you have forgotten your username as well click here first to retrieve your username.
Once you enter your username, it will now send an SMS to the mobile phone number you used to create your account or the most recent mobile phone number linked to your account. Enter the 6 digit code you received via SMS.
After you successfully enter the 6 digit SMS code, you will now be prompted to change your password by entering a new password, and confirming the password as shown below:
Once you have finished entering your password and confirming it, press the "Next" button. You will receive a popup confirming that the password has been changed and now you may sign in with this new password.
