As Swipe is a regulated financial services provider, we must adhere to AML/KYC requirements. Therefore, to access Wallet and Card features on Swipe you will need to verify your identity. To verify your identity you can do this directly on the Swipe Wallet mobile application.
You will notice that functions that require verification are disabled and will prompt a popup as shown below:
To the start the identify verification you can either press the "Verify Now" button above when prompted with this popup or you can navigate to the "Settings" tab and either press the "Verify Your Account" on the top or press "Tier Level" followed by "Upgrade Tier" as shown below:
After you have pressed one of the three methods you will be able to go through the verification flow.
