If there is a transaction that is stuck on "Pending" and if its a external transfer (external wallet address send) or internal transfer (sending to other usernames, phone numbers, or email addresses) for over 30 minutes, please contact us via Live Chat, E-mail, or open a support ticket. Please include the transaction ID number which is included in the transaction history for the pending transfer. You can view it by tapping the transaction in the history.
