Swipe Wallet users may check their card order status directly within the mobile application or by emailing customer service. To view the real-time status of your card order, it's best to check the mobile application in the "Card" tab screen. You will see a screen like this:
From this screen you will see if your SXP lock up required (if applicable) is complete, KYC verification from the bank, and lastly the card status.
The card status will either be:
- Pending: This indicates that the card order has been received and is pending bank verification
- Processing: This indicates that the card order has been approved and submitted to the manufacturer to personalize the card.
- Shipped: This indicates that the card has now shipped and should be arriving within 5-7 business days to your address on file.
