To upgrade your Swipe Card to a higher tier you must already have an activated card or have a non-shipped card.
For Activated Cardholders:
1. Navigate to the "Card" tab of your Swipe Wallet
2. Press the "Card Settings" icon on the top right hand side of the "Card" tab screen.
3. Select "Upgrade Card"
4. Pick your option on upgrade
5. Submit the card order.
You will be able to track the card status of your upgraded card in the Card settings screen thereafter. Upgrades from Swipe Saffron to Sky will be instant as we are currently not shipping physical Sky cards, and same goes for Swipe Steel to slate as we are not currently shipping physical Steel cards as well.
A users current card will not be deactivated until they activate the new card, if a new card is required.
For Non-Shipped Cards
If your Swipe Card is still in the "pending" status for the "Shipped" section of the Card status screen, you can contact customer support via a ticket at help.swipe.io, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or via Live chat. A representative can cancel your order.
