If your Swipe Card has been refunded by a merchant, or declined but deducted from your Swipe Card Funding source, please give it up to 14 business days for the credit to automatically be returned. If this refund does not occur within 14 business days of the refunded transaction/declined transaction please contact our live chat or helpdesk.
